The Job:

OMG23 Disney Entertainment Paid Social

OMG23 is looking for a Paid Social Supervisor who knows how to turn scrolls into results. In this role, you’ll lead day-to-day paid social efforts, translate brand and marketing goals into smart platform strategies, and make sure campaigns run smoothly from launch to wrap.

This role is hands-on and leadership-driven, strong paid social experience is a must.

What You’ll Do:

Lead paid social strategy and execution across platforms like Meta, X, TikTok, Snapchat, and Pinterest

Translate business and marketing goals into clear, effective social media plans

Build and maintain paid social strategies that align with brand voice and campaign objectives

Oversee campaign setup, pacing, optimization, and performance

Act as a main point of contact for clients, providing clear communication and POVs

Partner with internal teams to ensure social integrates across channels

Identify KPIs, analyze performance, and turn results into actionable insights

Explore new ad products, formats, and platform opportunities

Guide and support team members through feedback, coaching, and collaboration

You Bring:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent hands-on experience

4+ years of paid social experience (agency or entertainment experience is a plus)

Deep knowledge of paid social platforms: Meta, TikTok Snapchat, Reddit, X and YouTube

Knowledge in ad products, and buying tools

Solid Excel and PowerPoint skills

Familiarity with platform tools like Meta Ads Manager and X Ads

Experience mentoring or managing junior team members

Basic HTML or CSS knowledge nice to have

Strong communicator (written, verbal, and client-facing)

Flexible and adaptable in fast-moving environments

Proactive problem-solver with sharp critical thinking

Confident in client and team conversations—clear and collaborative

Breaks down complex ideas into simple, actionable takeaways

This is a hybrid role based in Burbank, CA.



California: $75,000.00 - $95,000.00

Omnicom’s policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager. Our objective is to increase this requirement over time, and many of our agencies as well as Omnicom’s corporate group already require five days of in-office attendance.
