Role Summary

Take charge of a team supporting the treasury systems at a major Cambodian bank, ensuring these applications run smoothly and securely for trading, liquidity, funding, and securities operations.

You'll handle incident escalation and resolution, lead change and release management, document all processes, and maintain compliance with both internal and NBC standards. Close partnerships with Technology, Risk, Audit, and Treasury are central to this leadership position. Main Duties

Manage daily operations and the Treasury Application Support team, ensuring compliance and clear role responsibilities in line with bank and regulatory standards.

Oversee the stability and controlled running of key treasury platforms across trading, liquidity, and securities workflows.

Lead remediation of incidents and problems—owning escalation, root cause analysis, and structured reporting to senior management.

Maintain auditable records for incidents, problems, and changes using Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms.

Enforce change, release, and access protocols, including privilege management and workflow approvals.

Guide and prioritize application changes, ensuring risk assessment, testing, approval, and documentation precede deployments.

Supervise UAT and regression tests, making sure all results are thoroughly documented for audit review.

Collaborate with key business units to support audits, regulatory checks, and internal control reviews.

Promote business continuity and disaster recovery readiness, creating incident response and fallback protocols, and participating in BCP/DR exercises. Required Skills & Experience

Minimum 5 years’ experience in IT operations or application support, ideally in banking or treasury.

Background in regulated financial services, familiar with audit and internal controls.

Understanding of treasury operations, including front, middle, and back offices.

Knowledge of fixed income, money market, FX, and securities trading processes.

Expertise in risk management, incident response, change and access management.

Proficient with Jira, Confluence, or related ITSM and documentation tools.

Strong risk and control orientation matching NBC standards.
