Sr. Engineer

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Engineer to support engineering initiatives, equipment development, validation activities, and project execution within a regulated manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving engineering solutions, supporting process improvements, and ensuring compliance with quality and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

Doctorate in Engineering or related field; or Master’s Degree in Engineering and 2 years of engineering experience; or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering and 4 years of engineering experience.

Knowledge of packaging equipment and packaging operations.

Experience with new equipment design and process development.

Knowledge of engineering project management and execution.

Experience with equipment, process, and validation activities.

Experience within the Medical Device and/or Pharmaceutical industry.

Bilingual in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
