Job Description

A prominent multi-state liability litigation law firm, head quartered in New York, seeks an Associate Attorney with 3 -5 years of FL insurance defense experience, coverage and/or general liability experience, to join their Miami litigation team!

QUALIFICATIONS:

General insurance defense litigation.

Experience with hearings, motions and depositions.

Ability to self-manage a case load while working in a team environment.

File review and analysis

Commitment to respond promptly to all email and phone inquiries

Collegial, supportive environment with advancement opportunities in a constantly-expanding practice.

Able to step into a ready made case load.

Computer literate.

Excellent communication skills and a high level of organization.

Tried cases to jury verdict is a PLUS.

Workers' Compensation litigation is a PLUS.
