CNC Operator
Schedule: Full-Time Monday–Friday

Set up and operate CNC mills and/or lathes to manufacture precision components.
Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and work orders.
Load tooling and materials while monitoring machine performance throughout production.
Perform first article and in-process inspections using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other precision measuring equipment.
Make tool wear offsets and minor machine adjustments to maintain quality standards.
Verify finished parts meet dimensional and quality requirements.
Troubleshoot basic machining issues and communicate production concerns to supervisors.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area while following company safety procedures.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce waste. Qualifications
2+ years of CNC machining or CNC operator experience in a manufacturing environment.
Experience operating CNC mills, lathes, or both.
Ability to read blueprints and mechanical drawings.
Proficient with precision measuring instruments.
Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
High school diploma or GED preferred.
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds as needed. What We Offer
