Hiring: Systems Engineer / Technical Partner (Part-Time High Flexibility)

We are preparing to launch a dynamic e-commerce platform in Bangladesh and are looking for a like-minded technical partner to join our company.

Corporate environments often deal with specialized problems that require specific, narrow skill sets. However, an early-stage startup faces rapidly evolving, dynamic challenges. Someone with only a single specialized skill might find it difficult to adapt to our overall picture. We are looking for a Dynamic Systems Engineer—someone who enjoys looking at system logic holistically, feels comfortable navigating unexpected bugs independently, and thrives on adapting to different technical needs as we grow together.

The Flexible / Part-Time Agreement:-

We respect that top-tier developers are often employed full-time or are engaged in managing active projects. If this applies to you, we fully accommodate that balance. We are offering a flexible, part-time arrangement where you can manage system architecture, setup, and maintenance alongside your current professional commitments.

What Your Responsibilities Will Be:-

Platform & Server Ownership: Taking ultimate responsibility for keeping the e-commerce server online, stable, secure, and optimized against traffic overloads (on your flexible schedule).

Code Analysis & Integration: Your job isn't building every single line from scratch. Your core strength will be reading, analyzing, and working with existing platform packages and source codes, identifying bottlenecks, and modifying logic as needed.

Debugging & Problem Solving: Swiftly identifying and fixing bugs, system errors, database glitches, and API connection issues whenever they arise.

Technical Versatility: Comfortable dealing with multi-language setups, basic SEO structure optimization, system configurations, and backend flow management.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience:-

-Experience: 2–5 years in systems engineering or backend infrastructure related to e-commerce platforms.

-Bonus Skill: Experience working with LLMs, with the ability to apply LLM/AI integrations across different e-commerce workflows.

-Preferred Age: 30+ (self-driven professionals who can manage their time and take ownership independently).
