We are seeking an experienced UiPath Developer / System Programmer to design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions. In this role, you will build automated workflows that improve operational efficiency, accuracy, compliance, and public service delivery.

This position supports both traditional linear automation workflows and emerging Agentic AI solutions utilizing the full suite of UiPath enterprise automation tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Automation Development: Design, build, test, and maintain attended, unattended, and scheduled UiPath bots using UiPath Studio, Studio Web, and Orchestrator.

• Enterprise Integration: Integrate UiPath solutions with databases, APIs (REST/SOAP), document management systems, and cloud services using secure development practices.

• Architecture & Frameworks: Utilize REFramework and enterprise RPA design patterns to create reusable components, libraries, and exception-handling frameworks.

• Agentic AI & GenAI Implementation: Design and deploy AI-powered agents using UiPath Autopilot, AI Center, Document Understanding, and Communications Mining. Integrate Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) into automation workflows.

• Human-in-the-Loop Workflows: Build interactive workflows using Action Center to combine autonomous AI decision-making with human oversight and approval controls.

• Operations & Maintenance: Perform debugging, performance monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimization of production bots while keeping comprehensive technical documentation.

Candidate Requirements & Qualifications

• Location & Background Check: Remote eligible. Must be able to clear local, state, and federal criminal background checks, as well as fingerprinting requirements.

• Experience: Strong background in enterprise RPA design, C#/.NET/Python scripting, and API integrations.

• AI Expertise: Demonstrated experience or strong familiarity with integrating Generative AI, LLMs, and intelligent document processing within an enterprise environment.

• Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM CST (7.5 hours/day)
