The Position:
Our client is seeking a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician (MD/DO) to join their outpatient care team. This provider will deliver comprehensive primary care services including patient evaluations, diagnosis, treatment planning, and ongoing disease management. The physician will work alongside a multidisciplinary team to provide coordinated, patient-centered care.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable managing a diverse patient population and collaborating with advanced practice providers, behavioral health specialists, and other healthcare professionals to improve patient outcomes.
Compensation & Benefits:
$200,000 $280,000+ Base Salary (Depending on Experience)

Responsibilities:
Full-Time (Monday-Friday)
One Saturday Per Month
Provide comprehensive outpatient medical care including patient evaluations, physical exams, diagnosis, and treatment planning
Order and interpret diagnostic testing and prescribe medications as appropriate
Educate patients on preventative care, chronic disease management, and medication adherence
Provide culturally competent healthcare to a diverse patient population
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to develop coordinated treatment plans
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical protocol development
Serve as a collaborating physician for Advanced Practice Providers when needed
Build strong relationships with community providers and referral partners
Requirements:
Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO)
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
Active and Unrestricted Ohio Medical License
DEA License
Full Time
