We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Cloud Scrum Master to support cloud technology initiatives across Cloud Operations, Cloud Engineering, and Cloud Architecture teams. In this role, you will coordinate Agile project activities, manage Scrum practices, and facilitate effective communication between technical teams and business stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful delivery of cloud-related projects by driving Agile ceremonies, tracking work progress, maintaining documentation, and removing blockers to keep teams aligned and executing efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Agile Facilitation: Lead and facilitate core Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

• Operational & Project Coordination: Work closely with cloud leadership to organize, prioritize, and manage operational requests, maintenance efforts, service requests, and service improvement initiatives.

• Progress & Metrics Tracking: Monitor sprint progress, dependencies, and operational workflows using Agile project management and ticketing systems. Maintain status reports, risk logs, sprint artifacts, and operational dashboards.

• Risk & Impediment Management: Proactively identify, track, and escalate project risks, impediments, and blocked work items that could impact timelines or service delivery.

• Stakeholder & Business Alignment: Partner with technical teams, cloud engineers, architects, vendors, and business stakeholders to document project scope, operational requirements, dependencies, and deliverables.

• Documentation & Communication: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, operational metrics, and updates. Prepare summaries and presentations for leadership and governance reviews.

Qualifications & Key Competencies

• Scrum Mastery & Agile Expertise: Proven experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies and a deep understanding of Agile frameworks and methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).

• Cloud Environment Experience: Background working with technical teams across cloud infrastructure, engineering, and architecture domains.

• Analytical & Business Analysis Skills: Ability to analyze requirements, map out operational workflows, and support organizational change management efforts.

• Communication & Collaboration: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a track record of bridging the gap between technical teams and non-technical business stakeholders.

• Organization & Detail Orientation: Demonstrated ability to manage action items, track deliverables, and maintain project metrics in fast-paced environments.

Required / Desired Skills

• Experience supporting Agile project management, Scrum delivery practices, or operational coordination activities Required - 10 Years
