Return to Work Manager

Job Title

Under the general direction of the Supervisor II, the Supervisor I, California Correctional Health Care Services (CCHCS), Disability Management Unit (DMU), supervises, organizes, and directs the workload of the analytical staff who perform a wide variety of responsible functions in Return to Work, Reasonable Accommodations, Medical Personnel Actions (MPA), and Ergonomic Evaluations. The Supervisor I acts as an expert resource for DMU and ensures that excellent customer service is provided.

This position is located in Human Resources (HR), which delivers innovative programs and services that attract, cultivate, and serve a diverse, highly-qualified workforce.
