About the Role

Our client is a globally recognized international brand. As a German-Speaking Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for their customers — handling inbound inquiries related to account management, subscriptions, and technical troubleshooting. The work is primarily phone-based with some email and chat. No sales involved.

Native or fluent German — C1 level

Solid English — B2 or above

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Team player, positive and structured

Comfortable in a fast-paced environment

Good IT skills

Clean criminal record
