Job Description

Lead day-to-day site operations on commercial construction projects from groundbreaking through completion. Coordinate subcontractors, schedules, inspections, and site logistics to keep projects on track. Ensure compliance with safety standards, contract requirements, and quality control processes. Review and interpret drawings, specifications, and project documentation. Maintain project records while serving as the key on-site leader for clients and project teams.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Superintendent should have:

3-7+ years of experience as a Superintendent or in a construction field leadership role

Experience with ground-up, renovation, or expansion projects within commercial construction

Strong understanding of construction sequencing, safety, and quality standards

Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications

Detail-oriented leader with excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
