Project Coordinator (Factory Operations & Systems Development)

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support our factory operations and drive continuous process improvement. If you enjoy organizing projects, collaborating with different teams, and finding ways to improve operations, we'd love to hear from you! What You'll Do As a Project Coordinator, you will:

Coordinate projects and monitor timelines to ensure goals are achieved.

Track project progress and prepare reports for management.

Organize meetings, prepare meeting minutes, and follow up on action items.

Work closely with Production, PPC, and other departments to support project implementation.

Identify opportunities to improve factory processes and operational efficiency.

Assist in developing systems and processes that enhance productivity. Your First 3 Months During your probationary period, you'll gain valuable exposure by working closely with different departments to assess current operations and recommend practical improvements that support business growth and operational excellence. Qualifications We're looking for someone who has:

A Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, Information Technology, or a related field.

At least 2–5 years of experience in project coordination, manufacturing, operations, or process improvement.

Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

The ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities. Experience in Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, Six Sigma, Continuous Improvement, or Factory Management Systems is an advantage but not required. Why Join Us?
