Do you enjoy cooking, working with people, and making a difference every day? Care & Rehab Boscobel is looking for a compassionate and dependable Culinary Cook/Aide to join our Dietary Team. Every meal you prepare helps bring comfort, nutrition, and joy to our residents.

What You'll Do

Prepare and serve nutritious, appetizing meals following menus and recipes.

Assist with meal service for residents with a variety of dietary needs.

Follow therapeutic diets and food safety guidelines.

Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen and dining areas.

Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment.

Assist with food preparation, stocking, and inventory rotation.

Work closely with nursing and dietary staff to ensure excellent resident service.

Provide friendly, respectful customer service to residents, families, and visitors.

Qualifications

Previous cooking or food service experience desired, but willing to train.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality and accuracy.

Excellent teamwork and communication skills.

Dependable attendance and a positive attitude.
