Appointment Setter - Work From Home

We're looking for outgoing, reliable individuals who enjoy speaking with people and keeping schedules organized. As a Virtual Appointment Coordinator, you'll connect with prospective clients, qualify their interest, and coordinate appointments with members of our team.

This is a fully remote opportunity with paid training, flexible hours, and advancement opportunities for motivated individuals. Previous experience is helpful but not required—we'll teach you everything you need to know.

In This Role, You Will

Contact prospective clients by phone to coordinate virtual appointments.

Confirm appointment dates and times while ensuring scheduling accuracy.

Answer general questions and provide a professional first impression.

Follow up with interested individuals who request additional information.

Update customer information using company systems.

Maintain consistent communication with team members regarding appointment activity.

Help create a smooth and positive experience from the initial conversation through the scheduled meeting.

We're Looking For Someone Who

Enjoys talking with people and building rapport.

Has excellent communication and listening skills.

Is organized, dependable, and detail-oriented.

Can manage their time effectively while working remotely.

Is comfortable learning new software and online tools.

Has customer service, scheduling, reception, or call center experience (preferred but not required).
