We are seeking a skilled Plumber to join our team. The ideal candidate is a dedicated professional who takes pride in quality craftsmanship, communicates effectively with customers, and thrives in a fast-paced service environment. You will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, installing, and maintaining plumbing systems in residential and commercial properties.Key Responsibilities
Install, repair, and maintain pipes, fixtures, water heaters, sump pumps, and other plumbing equipment
Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues including leaks, clogs, and pipe damage
Perform drain cleaning, hydro-jetting, and sewer line inspections
Install and repair bathroom and kitchen fixtures including sinks, toilets, faucets, and showers
Respond promptly to emergency service calls and provide timely solutions
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and building codes to ensure compliant installations
Perform water heater installations and repairs (traditional and tankless units)
Detect and repair gas line issues in compliance with local codes and safety standards
Collaborate with other tradespeople on new construction and renovation projects
Maintain accurate records of work performed, parts used, and time on job
Communicate professionally with customers, explaining issues and recommended solutions
Maintain a clean, organized work vehicle and inventory of suppliesRequired Qualifications
Valid state plumbing license (where required)
Minimum 2+ years of hands-on plumbing experience in residential and/or commercial settings
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Strong working knowledge of local, state, and national plumbing codes
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in confined spaces or at heights
Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage time effectivelyPreferred Qualifications
Experience with service and repair (not just new construction)
Familiarity with plumbing software or CRM scheduling systems
OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus What We Offer
