Contract 13-Week Assignment Full-Time Onsite Days 3 days per week 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Key Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care to medically complex patients in a Long-Term Acute Care (LTAC) setting
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans
Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols
Monitor and document patient progress, changes in condition, and responses to treatment
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate and optimize patient outcomes
Educate patients and families on care plans, discharge instructions, and ongoing health management
Required Qualifications
Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Montana or a compact state license
Current BLS certification
Experience in a Long-Term Acute Care (LTAC) or similar acute care setting
Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
Ability to work 12-hour day shifts on a 3-days-per-week schedule
Preferred Experience / Skills
ACLS certification
Prior travel nursing or contract assignment experience
Experience managing ventilator-dependent or medically complex patient populations
