Schedule: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM (Sun–Thurs) Pay: $25.50/hour - $23.00/hour + $2.50/hour shift premium

If you like hands-on mechanical work and take pride in keeping production lines running smoothly, this 3rd shift Changeover Crew role could be a great fit. You'll support fast, safe line changeovers, startups, washouts/sanitation, and basic preventive maintenance in a busy manufacturing environment.

What You'll Do

Complete production line changeovers safely, accurately, and efficiently

Support line setups/startups to meet quality specs and standard run speeds (BPM)

Perform washouts plus pre- and post-run sanitization

Respond quickly to line shutdowns and provide mechanical troubleshooting/support

Repair production equipment as needed and help reduce changeover time

Perform routine preventive maintenance and safety inspections

Partner with maintenance and production teams to improve equipment, methods, and consistency

Support new product and packaging startups as needed

What We're Looking For

High school diploma or GED

Able to read, write, and understand English

Basic mechanical aptitude / comfortable using hand & power tools

1–3 years in a manufacturing environment preferred (not required)

Strong organization, attention to detail, and ability to work self-directed

Forklift experience is a plus

Physical Requirements / Work Environment

Frequent standing/walking; regular use of hands/wrists for tools, bolts, screws, etc.

Ability to work in tight spaces and reach overhead at times

Lift up to 50 lbs occasionally; lighter lifting more frequently

Manufacturing environment may include wet floors, moving mechanical parts, fumes/airborne particles, loud noise, and occasional exposure to chemicals or electrical hazards

PPE required (examples may include safety shoes, safety glasses, gloves, face shield/mask, hairnet, rubber boots for washouts)
