Job Description:

Tanvii Technologies is looking for enthusiastic and motivated candidates for the position of BPO Executive – Voice Process. The role involves interacting with customers, providing information, and maintaining positive customer relationships. Freshers and experienced candidates with basic English communication skills are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle outbound customer calls professionally

Provide accurate information and address basic customer queries

Maintain positive customer interactions

Follow company guidelines and work processes

Maintain records of customer interactions and call details

Eligibility Criteria:

Qualification: 12th Pass / Diploma / Any Degree

Freshers and experienced candidates can apply

Basic English communication skills required

Basic computer knowledge is an advantage
