# Job Description – Production Supervisor

**Department:** Production

**Reports To:** Production Manager

### Roles & Responsibilities

* Supervise daily production activities to achieve production targets.

* Ensure production is carried out as per the production plan and quality requirements.

* Monitor manpower, machine utilization, and productivity.

* Ensure adherence to process parameters, SOPs, and work instructions.

* Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Tool Room, and Stores for smooth operations.

* Monitor rejection, rework, scrap, and implement corrective actions.

* Ensure compliance with safety, 5S, and IATF 16949 requirements.

* Maintain production records and prepare daily shift reports.

* Train and guide operators to improve performance and quality.

* Promote continuous improvement and cost reduction initiatives.
