Job description*:

#Key Responsibilities:

• Lead design and development of end-to-end ServiceNow integrations.

• Design and implement: REST/SOAP API integrations with external systems, IntegrationHub spokes,

Flow Designer integrations, MID Server-based integrations for on-prem systems.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather integration requirements and define technical solutions.

• Establish integration design standards, reusable components and best practices.

• Ensure optimal use of OOTB capabilities, minimizing custom development.

• Troubleshoot and optimize integration performance, reliability and security.

• Guide development teams during design, build, testing and deployment phases.

#Required Skills:

• Strong hands-on and development experience in: ServiceNow Integrations (REST, SOAP, Scripted APIs), IntegrationHub and Flow Designer.

Exposure to NowAssist, GenAI skills and Agentic AI use cases, metrics and development

• Expertise in: JavaScript, Glide APIs, Business Rules, Script Includes, Data transformation, error handling

and logging.

• Experience working with MID Server, web services and authentication methods (OAuth, Basic, JWT).

• Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and data model.

Certifications (Preferred): • ServiceNow CSA.

• ServiceNow Micro Certification – Integration Hub

• CAD (Certified Application Developer).
