Vacation Planning Coordinator (Remote)

Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to understand their vacation preferences, travel dates, budgets, and interests.

• Research and coordinate vacation packages, cruises, resorts, hotels, transportation, tours, and activities.

• Present travel options tailored to each client's needs and preferences.

• Maintain accurate client records and reservation details.

• Respond to client questions through email, phone, and online communication tools in a timely and professional manner.

• Monitor reservations and assist with itinerary updates or changes when needed.

• Provide excellent customer service throughout the vacation planning process.

• Utilize online booking platforms and digital resources to support clients from initial inquiry through final travel preparations.

Requirements

• Basic computer skills, including email, internet research, online forms, and document management.

• Reliable computer and dependable high-speed internet connection.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

• Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks and priorities.

• Positive attitude with strong attention to detail.

• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, administrative support, sales, or travel is helpful but not required.
