A growing company is seeking a Payroll Manager to oversee payroll operations across multiple entities. This role is responsible for accurate payroll processing, compliance, reporting, and improving payroll systems and processes.

Responsibilities

● Process and oversee payroll for multiple companies and employee groups.

● Ensure compliance with payroll laws, taxes, and union agreements.

● Manage payroll taxes, deductions, PTO, and employee records.

● Reconcile payroll, prepare reports, and support audits.

● Improve payroll systems, processes, and internal controls.

● Partner with HR, Finance, and leadership on payroll matters.

Requirements

● 4+ years of payroll experience, including management experience.

● High-volume, multi-company payroll experience required.

● Union payroll experience strongly preferred.

● Strong knowledge of payroll compliance, taxes, and payroll systems.

● Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.

Bilingual in Eglish/Spanish.
