We're looking for a hands-on CRM Administrator to own and optimize our HubSpot environment. This is a key operational role sitting at the intersection of operations and our deal teams. You'll be the internal HubSpot expert: keeping our data clean, our automations running smoothly, and our team equipped to get the most out of the platform.
This role will work with every level in the organization to ensure our client and prospect data is optimized for our team. An ideal candidate has past HubSpot experience, loves solving process problems, and thrives in an environment where you wear multiple hats and your work has immediate, visible impact.
What You'll Do
Own day-to-day administration of our HubSpot portal, managing users, teams, permissions, and access controls
Build and maintain workflows, sequences, and automations that support sales and marketing processes
Maintain data quality, including deduplication, properties management, and lifecycle stage accuracy
Create and manage reports and dashboards that give leadership and team leads visibility into pipeline and performance
Manage integrations between HubSpot and other tools in our stack (e.g., email, calendar, third-party apps)
Onboard and train new team members on HubSpot best practices
Audit and clean up inactive workflows, lists, properties, and templates on a regular cadence
Partner with our Systems Developer, Deal Teams and other Operations staff for product enhancements and updates
Stay current with HubSpot product updates and proactively recommend improvements
What We're Looking For
2–4 years of hands-on CRM administration experience; HubSpot experience strongly preferred
Solid understanding of CRM data structures, including contacts, companies, deals, and custom properties
Experience building workflows and automations without developer support
Comfort working with integrations and troubleshooting sync issues
Strong attention to detail and a genuine commitment to data hygiene
Experience integrating and leveraging AI tools to better understand and utilize CRM systems
Ability to translate business needs from non-technical stakeholders into CRM solutions
