What You'll Do

Design and build scalable platform and infrastructure services supporting AI data generation and evaluation.

Develop reliable, high-performance distributed systems capable of handling large-scale workloads.

Build reusable backend services, APIs, and internal platforms that enable engineering teams to move faster.

Design resilient cloud-native systems with strong monitoring, observability, and fault tolerance.

Architect data pipelines, asynchronous workflows, and event-driven systems.

Collaborate closely with software engineers, AI researchers, and technical leadership to solve challenging engineering problems.

Help define engineering best practices around scalability, reliability, deployment, and system design.

What We're Looking For

5+ years of professional software engineering experience.

Strong experience building production distributed systems or platform infrastructure.

Proficiency in Python and/or JavaScript (Node.js/Next.js).

Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

Hands-on experience with event-driven architectures using technologies like Kafka, RabbitMQ, Pub/Sub, or similar.

Strong understanding of scalability, asynchronous processing, performance optimization, and system reliability.

Experience designing, deploying, and maintaining production systems at scale.

Background in high-growth startups or top-tier technology companies is highly preferred.

Bonus Skills
