Store Hours

Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Saturday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Sunday: Closed

Braker's Market is looking for a dependable, hardworking team member to join our Bakery Department. This part-time position focuses on preparing baked goods, supporting daily bakery operations, maintaining quality standards, and creating products our customers love.

Schedule & Availability

Part-time position

2–3 days per week to start, with opportunity for more hours

Early morning availability required

Some Saturday availability required

Essential Responsibilities

Prepare and bake bakery items according to recipes and quality standards

Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient bakery workspace

Follow proper food safety, sanitation, and handling procedures

Pay close attention to detail and product quality

Work collaboratively with team members to support daily bakery operations

Learn and follow bakery procedures and expectations

Skills & Qualifications

18 years old or close to 18 preferred

Dependable and punctual

Enjoys baking and takes pride in their work

Eager to learn and willing to work as part of a team

Positive attitude and strong work ethic

Ability to follow directions and accept feedback

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Physical Requirements

Ability to stand and walk for extended periods

Ability to lift and carry items up to 50 lbs. as needed

Frequent bending, reaching, and moving throughout the workspace

Applicants should be dependable, available for early morning shifts, and interested in learning and growing as part of the Braker’s Market team.
