What You’ll Do

As our Lead Dentist, you’ll provide exceptional clinical care while helping guide the success of our dental team.

Responsibilities include:

• Delivering comprehensive, high-quality dental care to patients of all ages

• Leading and supporting dental staff under the direction of the Dental Director

• Collaborating with physicians and healthcare professionals to provide integrated patient care

• Participating in clinic leadership meetings and service planning

• Monitoring patient care quality and supporting continuous improvement initiatives

• Developing and maintaining monthly provider schedules to ensure patient access

• Building strong relationships with patients while promoting preventive oral healthcare

• Maintaining the highest standards of professionalism, ethics, and patient confidentiality

Qualifications

• Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD)

• Current dental license or ability to obtain Idaho licensure

• Strong clinical, leadership, and communication skills

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team

• Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care

• Passion for serving patients from diverse backgrounds and helping improve community health

Schedule

Monday–Thursday

32–40 hours per week

No evenings.

No weekends.

Compensation

$120,000–$180,000 annually

Compensation is competitive and based on experience, qualifications, and leadership background.
