Client Success Representative
The Client Success Representative is responsible for delivering sales and exceptional customer service while supporting revenue generating activities through outbound prospecting, inbound customer support, and order processing. This role serves as a critical liaison between customers and company sales representatives, ensuring efficient order fulfillment, timely issue resolution, and achievement of sales and commercial objectives.
Essential functions may include the following tasks, knowledge, skills, and other characteristics:
Must be able to use typical office equipment including, but not limited to, telephone, fax machine, copier, and computer.
May be required to lift items up to 25 pounds in weight
Must be able to sit for extended periods of time at a desk.
Must be able to travel as needed for conferences, training events, and other sales activities
Must be able to set up and break down tradeshow displays
Must be able to stand for extended periods of time at tradeshow events if needed

Ability to build and maintain positive customer relationships
Ability to manage detail-oriented tasks with efficiency and accuracy
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Drive quota attainment and achieve assigned individual and team goals.
Achieve quarterly performance goals and learn to track progress using Salesforce, Dash and SYSPRO
Build personal and team proficiency on Rhythmlink product lines including EEG, IONM, and EMG, PSG, and Sleep; articulate product features, benefits, and clinical value propositions
Perform outbound sales calls to identify customer satisfaction, unmet needs, position key products or schedule in-person meetings with field sales reps.
Position products during customer calls and facilitate product pricing discussions and orders.
Support integration of GHX/EDI into order management systems to improve automation, efficiency, and order accuracy for customers.
Ensure adherence to FDA and healthcare regulations and train team on compliance requirements
Knowledge of order and inventory processes including tracking, shipping, invoicing, and communication
Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (primarily Outlook, Excel, Word)
Ability to process and coordinate the activities of multiple customers
Ability to maintain composure in potentially adverse situations with customers and others
Education, training, and experience: Two-year Associate's degree in an accredited institution strongly preferred; Four-year degree preferred.
