An associative EHPAD welcoming 80 residents, offering a secure, caring, and green living environment. The establishment supports dependent elderly people, some of whom suffer from cognitive disorders, promoting autonomy and quality of care.
We are recruiting a full-time nurse.
Your missions:
Perform technical nursing care and ensure their traceability
Evaluate the health status of residents and adapt care accordingly
Participate in the development and follow-up of individualized care projects
Coordinate interventions with the nursing team and health professionals
Supervise and support nursing assistants in their daily practice
Ensure the well-being, safety, and quality of life of residents
