With a global footprint spanning Thailand, Indonesia, Jordan, Iraq, South Africa, Kazakhstan, Bolivia, Brazil, Morocco, Algeria, Tunisia, and more, we are now expanding our Egypt operations and looking for a talented HR professional to join our Egypt Branch.

The Role

We are seeking an experienced HR Specialist to manage the full spectrum of human resources operations for our Egypt Branch. This is a critical role responsible for local employee lifecycle management, government liaison, and HR compliance, reporting to the Chinese management team.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end HR processes for local employees, including recruitment, onboarding, contract administration, attendance, and offboarding, in full compliance with Egyptian labor laws

Handle payroll, social insurance, and benefits calculation and reporting; establish and improve HR policies and procedures

Serve as the primary liaison with Egyptian government authorities including the Labor Office and Social Insurance Authority, handling work permits, annual audits, compliance filings, and other government relations matters

Oversee daily employee management, employee relations, and resolution of labor issues

Support safety training, job-related training, and special work permit management for local staff

Prepare and maintain HR documentation and statistical data in both Chinese and English; support the Chinese management team with regular HR reporting

Perform other HR and general administrative tasks as assigned

Qualifications

Egyptian national, bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, Sociology, or related fields preferred

Native Arabic speaker with fluent English (both written and spoken) as working language; basic Chinese language skills are a plus

3–5 years of local HR experience in Egypt, with solid knowledge of Egyptian labor laws, social insurance, and employment procedures; experience in engineering or chemical industries is preferred

Proven ability to establish and implement HR policies and procedures

Familiarity with local administrative processes and expense reimbursement procedures; proficient in MS Office; detail-oriented with strong communication, coordination, and compliance awareness

Cultural adaptability to Chinese corporate culture; ability to work under Chinese management; strong professional ethics and ability to thrive in an engineering company's dynamic work environment
