As a nurse at Forest Glen, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, resident-centered care while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to ensure the best outcomes for our residents.Key Responsibilities

Provide direct nursing care in accordance with individualized care plans

Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately

Monitor residents’ conditions and communicate changes to physicians and care teams

Maintain accurate and timely documentation

Supervise and support nursing assistants as needed

Promote a safe, comfortable, and respectful environment for residents

Ensure compliance with Ohio nursing standards and facility policiesQualifications

For LPN:

Current, valid LPN license in the State of Ohio

Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program

For RN:

Current, valid RN license in the State of Ohio

Graduate of an accredited nursing program

For Both:

Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills

Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care

Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Prior long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred, but not requiredWhat We Offer
