Responsibilities - Design, develop, and implement robust Java applications aligned with enterprise architecture standards.
- Own the technical delivery of projects, mentoring team members and collaborating with cross-functional partners.
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions that meet organizational objectives.
- Lead the development and deployment of microservices, RESTful APIs, and cloud-native applications.
- Drive DevOps practices, ensuring quality, automation, and continuous integration using modern CI/CD tools.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications to ensure high performance and reliability.
- Communicate effectively with business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure project success.
- Maintain and manage code repositories, architectural documentation, and deployment pipelines.
Required Skills and Experience - Minimum 10 years of hands-on software engineering experience.
- Advanced proficiency with Java, Spring, Spring Boot, REST API, and microservices architecture.
- Demonstrated experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) - Azure or AWS considered.
- Strong background in containerization, CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins), and DevOps methodologies.
- Expertise with SQL, Oracle, MySQL, DB2, and database optimization.
- Experience building and consuming web services using J2EE, JAX-RS, Swagger, and API documentation tools.
- Proficiency with IBM DataPower Gateway, IBM Integration Service Bus (IIB/ACE), and IBM MQ Websphere.
- Leadership experience in guiding development teams and partnering with business stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
Preferred Skills - Experience with GCP products: Cloud Run, Terraform, Big Data, Big Query.
- Knowledge of fraud technology and JWT authentication.
- Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, and Kanban delivery frameworks.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
