Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, physical examinations, and health screenings

Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions across patient populations

Develop and implement individualized patient care plans and treatment protocols

Prescribe medications, therapies, and follow-up care as appropriate

Order and interpret diagnostic tests including labs and imaging

Educate patients and families on health management, disease prevention, and wellness

Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary care teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes

Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in the EHR system

Requirements:

Active Nurse Practitioner (NP) license in the state of Ohio

Master's or Doctoral degree in Nursing (MSN or DNP) from an accredited program

Current national NP board certification (FNP, AGNP, or relevant specialty)

Valid DEA license and prescriptive authority in Ohio

Experience in primary care, family medicine, or related clinical setting preferred

Proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems

Strong clinical judgment, communication, and patient advocacy skills

Compassionate, team-oriented, and committed to evidence-based practice
