Our client is a top-notch construction contractor focused on providing high-quality cast-in-place concrete work across various markets in the Columbus, OH area. They are in need of a skilled Construction Layout Surveyor to oversee the layout of commercial building projects. Qualifications

– Minimum of 4 years experience in construction layout for commercial concrete projects ranging from $500,000 to $30M in scope

– Knowledge of Robotic Total-Station technology is a plus

– Proficiency in CADD/AutoCAD is advantageous

– Strong customer focus and meticulous attention to detail

– Dependable and able to work well in a team setting
