Production Tech I-Systems 2nd Shift

Shift Hours: 2pm - 10pm Monday through Friday with occasional overtime Salary: $19.00 an hour +$2.00 Shift Premium About the Role: Join our team as an Assembly Technician, where you’ll play a key role in the final assembly and packaging of products in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

This entry-level position is perfect for individuals who enjoy working with tools, following production schedules, and contributing to continuous improvement efforts.

What You’ll Do Assemble and package products according to work instructions and schedules.

Operate hand tools and production equipment (e.g., presses, drills, robots, vacuum lifts). Use scanning equipment and maintain high-quality standards.

Train new technicians in your cell.

Participate in Kaizen events and layout planning.

Share ideas to improve processes and efficiency.

Promote and maintain a safe work environment.

Train new employees on PPE and safety protocols.

Report safety concerns to leadership.

What You Bring Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.

Experience: 1 year of manufacturing experience preferred.

Skills & Traits: Team-oriented with strong communication skills.

Dependable, positive attitude, and willingness to learn.

Ability to follow safety procedures and work under tight deadlines.

Basic computer skills.

Physical & Work Environment Ability to walk, stand, lift (up to 50 lbs), bend, and reach throughout the shift.

Work performed in a manufacturing facility that is not fully climate controlled.

Overtime may be required to meet customer demands.
