Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, extensive experience in banking and credit reporting, and the ability to translate business requirements into data-driven solutions that improve operational performance.

Responsibilities

• Analyze complex non-IT business problems and identify process improvement opportunities

• Gather, document, and articulate business requirements

• Develop frameworks to assess financial payback (ROI) for proposed initiatives

• Identify alternative solutions and provide business recommendations

• Document current-state and future-state business processes

• Collaborate with business stakeholders and solution developers to ensure a shared understanding of requirements

Required Skills

• Strong experience in Banking, particularly Credit Reporting and data flow through credit reporting agencies

• Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills

• Experience assessing business process performance and preparing ROI analyses

• Strong hands-on experience with SQL and SAS

• Experience working with large banks or fintech organizations
