Location: Vapi, Gujarat (On-site)

BlueOcean Recycling House Pvt. Ltd. is growing, and we're looking for an energetic, creative, and results-driven Marketing & Sales Executive to join our team.

### What You'll Be Doing

Generate qualified B2B leads through online and offline channels

Manage and grow our LinkedIn presence and other social media platforms

Use AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, and other marketing tools to create content and improve marketing efficiency

Build relationships with manufacturers, converters, and brand owners

Conduct client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups

Increase awareness of BlueOcean Recycling and our premium PCR plastic granules

Represent the company at industry events and exhibitions

Help drive business growth through innovative marketing and sales strategies

### What We're Looking For

- 2+ years of experience in Marketing, Business Development, or B2B Sales

- Strong knowledge of LinkedIn Marketing and lead generation

- Experience managing business social media accounts

- Familiarity with AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or similar platforms

- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

- Self-driven, target-oriented, and eager to learn
