Description:

Diversified Systems is searching for a Technical Specialist to provide advanced technical expertise and troubleshooting support to the R&P modernization team. This role requires a high-level technical specialist capable of independently analyzing ambiguous conversion issues, designing Windows-specific solutions, and providing expert-level troubleshooting support.

Candidates should also be comfortable working with PowerShell or similar scripting tools to support automation and orchestration of SAS processes, preferred but not required.

Requirements:

10 years of experience with Cisco platforms and technologies, including IOS/IOS-XE, Catalyst series, DNA Center, Identity Services Engine (Client), TACACS+, spanning tree, VLANs, QoS required.

10 years of experience with installation, configuration, optimization, and troubleshooting of Cisco routers, switches, firewall platforms, wireless controllers and access points required.

10 years of experience implementing and supporting advanced routing, VPN technologies, port channels, and first-hop redundancy required.

10 years of experience terminating copper and fiber cabling, validating cabling with testers/light meters, and managing rack infrastructure required.

Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) required.

Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) highly desired.

Knowledge of productivity and documentation tools (Word, Excel, Visio, SharePoint) for diagrams, procedures, and asset documentation required.
