Remote Customer Support Agent (Weekend Only)

Salary: R7,500 to R9,000 per month

Schedule: Saturdays & Sundays only

Working Hours: Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST/AEDT). Candidates must be available to work Australian business hours.

About the Role

We're looking for a friendly and professional Customer Support Agent to join our remote team. You'll assist customers via phone, email, and live chat while providing exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer enquiries professionally.

• Resolve customer issues efficiently.

• Update CRM records accurately.

• Escalate complex cases when necessary.

• Maintain high customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Excellent English communication skills.

• Previous customer support or call centre experience.

• Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace.

• Computer or laptop with headset.

• Able to work every weekend during Australian business hours.

Preferred

• Experience with HubSpot, Zendesk, Salesforce, or similar CRM software.

• Experience supporting Australian customers.
