Job Description
Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets for $20M+ builds
Coordinate contractors, subcontractors, and consultants
Track costs, approve invoices, and manage financial performance
Conduct site reviews to maintain safety and quality standards
Support day-to-day execution and stakeholder communication

The Successful Applicant
A successful Project Engineer should have:
Experience delivering projects valued at $20M+
Proven ability to manage 2-3 projects simultaneously
OSHA 30 certification (or willingness to obtain)
Broad project portfolio across multiple verticals
Motivated, growth-oriented, and team-focused mindset
