Entry-Level Financial Services Professional Remote

High-Ground Financial LLC is seeking motivated individuals interested in financial services, client education, leadership, and business development. This remote opportunity is open to college students, recent graduates, veterans, career changers, and early-career professionals.

Team members receive mentorship, licensing guidance, field training, and practical experience helping individuals and families understand financial protection, retirement strategies, income protection, and long-term planning.

Responsibilities include:

Participating in licensing, training, and professional development

Meeting with individuals and families to understand their goals

Educating clients on available financial solutions

Building professional client relationships

Developing communication, leadership, and business-development skills

No previous financial-services experience is required. Candidates must be at least 18, authorized to work in the United States, and eligible to obtain the required state insurance license.

This is a remote, independent-contractor opportunity with performance-based commission compensation and no base salary.
