Job description*:

Strong hands-on experience with DAX and can demonstrate both problem-solving and clear explanation of their approach

highly skilled and detail-oriented Power BI Developer with strong DAX capabilities to design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade reporting and analytics solutions for the Insurance domain.

Design and deliver high-quality, intuitive dashboards and visualizations that enable business insights and decision-making

Translate complex datasets into actionable insights, trends, and business recommendations

Develop and maintain interactive Power BI reports and dashboards across business domains (Sales, Finance, Operations, etc.).

Develop complex DAX measures, calculated columns, and time-intelligence calculations to support advanced insurance analytics.

Collaborate with data engineers and solution architects to integrate Power BI with enterprise data platforms and ensure alignment with data architecture standards.

Document report logic, data models, business definitions, and insurance-specific calculations

Optimize report performance and usability
