Compensation package includes:

401k plan with a generous 100% employer match up to $5,200 per year

80 hours of paid time off (PTO) your first year and 128 hours your second year. For each one (1) year of service, full-time team members will receive an additional 8 hours of PTO, with a maximum PTO accrual of 200 hours.

We are seeking an expert-level CMM Programmer who models the accountability and humility that define our culture and who will thoughtfully bring the efficiency, effectiveness, and quality needed to help our growing $20 million company keep up with rapidly rising demand.

What You’ll Do

Your responsibilities will include:

Develop and optimize high quality CMM programs using ZEISS Calypso software (for a ZEISS Contura CMM 10/12/6 RDS with Vast XXT and a ZEISS Contura CMM 7/10/6 with Vast XT Gold)

Proof CMM programs and make necessary adjustments

Inspection planning, including ballooning drawings

Interpret and analyze CMM reports, measurement results, and part specifications

Support troubleshooting and validation activities to achieve FA qualifications quickly and efficiently

Collaborate with Quality and Production teams to make and measure parts correctly the first time

Provide insights and recommendations to improve accuracy, repeatability, and efficiency

What You’ll Bring

We’re looking for a CMM Programmer with the aptitude, willingness, and proactivity to excel in a fast-paced and growing manufacturing environment.

The skills needed:

3+ years of hands on Calypso programming experience (required)

Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints and GD&T

Thorough understanding of dimensional metrology principles and applications

Competitive programming times

Excellent communication and problem solving skills

CMM inspection experience with curve forms, maximum material condition, and advanced GD&T (preferred, not required)

Familiarity with machining, especially 4- and 5-axis milling (preferred, not required)
