Headquartered in the heart of the Upper Midwest, we have been a pioneer in health care for more than 120 years.DETAILS:- Primary location will be Canby, MN with responsibilities in Clear Lake, SD- Currently 2 FM and 3 APPs on staff- Attached to a 25-bed critical access hospital- Call is 1 weekend/month and 1 night during the week- Surgery outreach and other subspecialties- Saturday clinic 9-12pm - on call provider covers this- Average of 80 ER visits/month- Nursing home onsite/connected to the hospital- Assisted living apartments are also onsite- The ED is a Level 4 trauma center
