$55.00/Hour + $178/Day Per Diem 6 x 10 Schedule 6-8 Month Project Potential Extension
Are you a licensed Journeyman Electrician looking for a long-term industrial maintenance opportunity with excellent pay and per diem? We are seeking experienced Journeyman Electricians to support maintenance operations at a large phosphate production facility in Soda Springs, Idaho.
This position is ideal for electricians with heavy industrial, manufacturing, mining, chemical plant, processing plant, or power generation experience who are comfortable troubleshooting and maintaining industrial electrical systems in a production environment.What We Offer
$55.00/hour
$178/day per diem (7 days/week for qualified travelers)
6 days per week, 10-hour shifts
6-8 month assignment with possibility of extension
PPE and most tools provided
Opportunity to work at a major industrial facilityPrimary Responsibilities
Perform preventive and corrective electrical maintenance on industrial equipment and systems
Troubleshoot and repair electrical distribution systems, motor controls, breakers, MCCs, and process equipment
Replace and maintain breakers, motors, starters, and electrical components
Troubleshoot and maintain VFDs, instrumentation, and process control systems
Work with flow meters, temperature control systems, transmitters, control valves, and related instrumentation
Read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation
Support plant operations by quickly diagnosing and resolving electrical issues
Follow all site safety procedures and complete required maintenance documentationRequired Qualifications
Journeyman Electrician License (Idaho or reciprocal state license)
Industrial maintenance experience in manufacturing, mining, processing, chemical, power generation, or similar heavy industrial environments
Experience troubleshooting motor controls, MCCs, breakers, and industrial electrical systems
Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and drawings
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Commitment to safety and quality workmanshipAccepted Journeyman Licenses
Idaho licenses are accepted, along with licensed Journeyman Electricians from the following reciprocal states:

Allen-Bradley VFDs

Respirator fit testing required
Ability to work safely in an active industrial facility
Must be able to pass all site access requirements
