Job Description

Role and Responsibilities - Specific duties include but are not limited to:

Responsible for maintenance and repair of industrial equipment.

Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair industrial machines and equipment, including all electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems.

Ensure that all required preventative maintenance activities are completed.

Use diagnostic tools and equipment to detect and resolve issues with production equipment

Maintain and update equipment manuals, schematics, and maintenance records.

Collaborate with other technicians, engineers, and production staff to identify and resolve issues with automated production equipment.

Assist with the installation, commissioning, and testing of new automated production equipment.

Adhere to all safety and quality regulations, policies, and procedures.

Maintain accurate records of scheduled and completed work.

Skill and Education requirements:

· Certificate or diploma in an industrial maintenance or automation program or equivalent experience

· Minimum of 2 years of experience in automation and maintenance of production equipment, preferably in the automotive industry

· Strong electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic troubleshooting skills

· Familiarity with programmable logic controllers (PLC), variable frequency drives (VFD), and Human Machine Interface (HMI)

· Experience with robotic systems and automation controls

· Ability to read and interpret electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic schematics and blueprints.

· Proficient in using diagnostic tools and equipment to identify and resolve issues with production equipment.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong communication and collaboration skills.

· Strong attention to detail, time management and organization skills

· Hi-lo experience is a plus, can train on site.Company Description
