Remote Travel Advisor

Position Overview

As a Remote Travel Advisor, you will assist clients in planning vacations that fit their interests, schedules, and budgets. You'll research destinations, coordinate travel arrangements, and provide excellent customer service throughout the planning process.

This is a fully remote position offering a flexible schedule. Whether you're experienced in customer service or looking to begin a career in the travel industry, we welcome motivated individuals who enjoy helping others.

Responsibilities

Consult with clients to understand their travel goals and preferences

Research destinations, cruises, resorts, hotels, tours, and vacation packages

Coordinate travel reservations and itinerary details

Provide destination recommendations based on client needs

Respond to client questions in a timely and professional manner

Maintain organized client files and booking information

Communicate with travel suppliers regarding reservations and travel details

Stay informed about travel trends, destinations, and supplier offerings

Deliver outstanding customer service from initial inquiry through trip completion

Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years of age

Authorized to work in the United States or Mexico

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong organizational and time management abilities

Comfortable using computers, email, and online applications

Reliable internet connection

Ability to work independently

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google Workspace

Customer service, hospitality, or administrative experience is helpful but not required
