Travel Coordinator

Position Overview

As a Travel Coordinator, you will assist clients throughout the vacation planning process by researching destinations, coordinating travel arrangements, and providing exceptional customer service. This remote position offers flexible scheduling and the opportunity to work from home while helping clients plan unforgettable travel experiences.

No prior travel industry experience is required. Individuals with customer service, hospitality, administrative, or sales support experience are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

Consult with clients to understand their travel preferences and needs

Research vacation destinations, cruises, resorts, hotels, and travel packages

Coordinate travel reservations and itinerary details

Provide accurate travel information and recommendations

Communicate with travel suppliers and industry partners

Maintain organized client records and documentation

Respond to client inquiries promptly and professionally

Stay informed about travel trends, destinations, and supplier updates

Deliver outstanding customer service before, during, and after travel planning

Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years old

Authorized to work in the United States or Mexico

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Excellent organizational and time management abilities

Comfortable using computers, email, and web-based applications

Reliable internet connection

Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google Workspace

Customer service experience is preferred but not required
