Restaurant Manager

IMMEDIATE OPENING for an experienced Restaurant Manager for a fine dining restaurant located in Pittsburgh, PA. Salary $65K to $75K with quarterly bonus, etc. Must have previous fine dining management experience together with high volume.

Qualifications:

· Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

· Excellent organizational and time management.

· Minimum 2 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager in an upscale dining restaurant.

· Proven track record of financial management and budgeting.

· Passion for the restaurant industry and a commitment to providing exceptional guest service.

Responsibilities:

· Team Management: Recruit, hire, train, and develop a high-performing team.

· Operations: Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including food preparation, service, and sanitation.

· Financial Management: Manage the restaurant's budget, including labor costs, food costs, and revenue.

· Guest Service: Foster a positive and welcoming atmosphere for our guests, ensuring satisfaction, and loyalty

· Compliance: Maintain compliance with all relevant health, safety, and regulatory standards.
