What You Will Do:

• Design and develop advanced artificial intelligence algorithms, machine learning models, and AI-powered applications to solve complex business and technical problems.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software engineers, data scientists, and product teams, to integrate AI solutions into existing products and services.

• Analyze, process, and interpret large datasets to identify actionable insights and improve machine learning model performance.

• Develop and optimize AI models using modern machine learning techniques, deep learning frameworks, and data-driven approaches.

• Research, evaluate, and implement the latest advancements in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and generative AI technologies.

• Build scalable AI solutions that improve automation, decision-making, and user experiences.

• Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, model training, validation, and performance evaluation.

• Monitor and improve AI system accuracy, reliability, and efficiency through continuous optimization.

• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to a culture of technical learning, innovation, and professional growth.

• Participate in the complete AI development lifecycle, including design, implementation, testing, deployment, and maintenance.

What We Are Looking For:

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related technical field.

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field is preferred.

• Proven experience developing artificial intelligence and machine learning models using Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar frameworks.

• Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, data structures, statistics, and software engineering principles.

• Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, model training, and model evaluation techniques.

• Strong programming skills in Python and experience working with data analysis libraries and tools.

• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to design effective solutions in a fast-paced environment.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Familiarity with cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.

• Experience working on natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, or generative AI projects.

• Experience with large language models (LLMs), prompt engineering, or retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) systems.

• Knowledge of software development best practices, version control systems, and agile development methodologies.

• Experience deploying AI solutions in production environments.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Compensation & Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $120,000 to $150,000, depending on experience, technical expertise, and qualifications. In addition to a rewarding compensation package, employees will receive comprehensive benefits, including:
